Let’s build with Quality:
We use only teak when we construct your Sanctuary Structure. Teak is one of the most durable woods on the planet and is widely used in the Maritime industry. This is due to its high oil content and ability to withstand extreme conditions on the open ocean. Imagine the deck of a yacht being constantly exposed to salt air, extreme heat and intense sun exposure. This is why teak is the lumber of choice for durability.
Let’s build something Sustainable:
Our teak is sourced only from highly reputable plantations throughout Southeast Asia. It takes 50 years for each teak tree to reach maturity.
Each tree felled is replaced with three (3) seedlings to not only replace what we have consumed, but to increase the supply as time passes.
These extra trees are often replanted outside the plantations to assist in reforestation efforts. We firmly believe in a sustainable supply chain.
Let’s build something Durable:
Our structures will last for generations. We have “over engineered” our Structures to withstand intense pressure from heat, moisture and wind.
Each structure weighs up to two (2) tons of hard, dense lumber and is braced together by custom built steel gussets and cornices (powder coated).
Our fasteners are made using “marine grade” stainless steel bolts. Our products are not flimsy. In fact, they are built stronger than most homes.

Each Sanctuary Structure is a piece of art and no two shelters are the same. The highly polished wood grain(s) stand out and our decks will remind you of that of a fine yacht. The angles, the curves and the (custom) carvings create a sense of peace and satisfaction. To sit inside our structures and stare at the ceilings will inspire awe and amazement. We customize our products to include cupolas, built-in benches and many custom features.

Our structures provide both shade and ventilation. We provide optional “forced air” systems that pump air through the floorboards (up to 20mph) as well as a ceiling fan that forces all air to move upwards and evaporate. Imagine a breeze that will surround you while relaxing with friends and family, all the while helping keep away pesky insects and stagnant humid air.
